Libot (libot.ph) helps guests find resorts, villas, transient houses, and other places to stay in the Philippines. It is operated as a personal project. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the Service

Libot is an information directory only. We do not facilitate bookings, reservations, or payments between guests and establishments. All transactions and communications happen directly between you and the establishment.

Accuracy of Information

Listing information on Libot — including names, descriptions, photos, pricing, and contact details — is sourced from publicly available information, primarily Facebook pages. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

Always contact the establishment directly to confirm rates, availability, amenities, and policies before making any travel plans.

Intellectual Property

Photos displayed on Libot are sourced from public Facebook pages and are attributed to their respective sources where possible. If you are a copyright holder and believe your content is displayed without authorization, please contact us for prompt removal.

The Libot name, logo, and website design are the property of Libot.

Establishment Owner Rights

Establishment owners may request to:

• Claim and manage their listing information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Remove their listing entirely
• Remove specific photos

Submit requests via hello@libot.ph. We will process valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Libot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your interactions with any establishment listed on Libot. This includes but is not limited to inaccurate listing information, service quality at establishments, or any financial losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
